Site Manager 6.0 includes an integrated Knowledgebase panel that provides help and guidance directly within the admin interface. This allows you to access documentation and instructions without leaving the page you are working on.
Opening the Knowledgebase Panel
- Locate the help icon: Look for the Knowledgebase or help icon within the Site Manager interface.
- Open the panel: Click the icon to open the Knowledgebase panel.
- Side panel display: The Knowledgebase will slide in from the side of the screen without interrupting your work.
How the Knowledgebase Panel Works
- Context-aware help: Articles are automatically selected based on the page or feature you are currently using.
- Multiple topics: If more than one article is available, you can switch between topics using the provided buttons.
- Quick access: Help content is displayed instantly without navigating away from your current page.
Searching for Help
- Automatic suggestions: If no specific article is assigned, Site Manager will search for relevant topics automatically.
- Browse results: Select from suggested articles to find the information you need.
Opening Full Articles
- Expand for more detail: Click the option to open the full article in a new tab.
- Continue working: You can keep the Knowledgebase panel open while editing your site.

- Use the Knowledgebase panel when you need quick guidance while working on a page.
