Pop-ups

Overview

Pop-ups display the content of a selected Section inside a popup window. You control when, where, and how that section appears using the settings described below.

Pop-ups are configured in one step: selecting the content and adjusting behavior settings.

Pop-up Management

This screen shows a list of all pop-ups and their current status. From here, you can:

  • Create a new pop-up

  • Edit an existing pop-up

  • Enable or disable pop-ups

  • Delete pop-ups

Click the Create new pop-up button to open the pop-up settings form.

Best Practices

Keep Content Focused

Pop-ups work best with short, clear messaging. Avoid placing large amounts of text inside pop-ups.

Use Scheduling

Always set an end date for temporary announcements to prevent outdated messages from lingering.

Test on Mobile

Large pop-ups can be disruptive on smaller screens. Test carefully.

Avoid Overuse

Too many pop-ups at once can overwhelm visitors. Use the “Enable Multiple Instances” setting thoughtfully.
